Our Policies

 

If you purchase your tile at Johnnie's, we can provide a list of contractors and installers for your convenience.  However, it is important that you realize that Johnnie's Tile & Marble Distributors, Inc. is in no way affiliated or endorsing any of these companies.  These companies have only installed products that Johnnie's has sold to previous customers.

 
Johnnie's staff is here to help, but all take-offs & square foot estimates are not their responsibility. Buyer assumes all responsibility regarding quantity of tile ordered.  We recommend that you have the installer of your choice measure for your project.  If you run short on tile, a rush order can be made. However, this will incur freight charges, that can be quite expensive to the customer. Johnnie's Tile & Marble Distributors Inc. does NOT install tile.  Therefore, we will not be held responsible for measuring, installing, and or repairing tile.

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS ON RUSH ORDERS.

 
 
DEPOSIT REQUIRED

Once and order is placed, Johnnie's requires a 50% deposit on all materials with cash or a valid credit card will be charged. These deposits are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, once the vendor begins production.  Deposits are required to hold any stock material.  After an order is completed, the remainder of the balance is due in full when the tile arrives to Johnnie's warehouse. 

FREIGHT CHARGES

Johnnie's Custom Design Center has multiple suppliers. This allows us to offer the best up-to-date trends and fashions.  Due to the vast amount of suppliers, there are freight charges that apply.  Unfortunately Johnnie's must pass these charges along to the customer.  If you need a freight quote prior to ordering, please ask one of their employees, and they will be happy to provide one for you.

JOBSITE VISITATION

Johnnie’s Tile & Marble Distributors Inc. provides a Jobsite Visitation service, at no charge, under the following conditions:

1. First, we request that you, the customer, make your FINAL TILE SELECTION, for the entire house or job at Johnnie’s Tile & Marble Showroom.

2. Second, you must choose YOUR OWN TILE CONTRACTOR. Johnnie’s Tile & Marble Distributor Inc. does NOT install tile. Therefore, measuring and/or installation is NOT the responsibility of our staff.

3. Also, Johnnies Tile must have a commitment from you to purchase the tile at Johnnie’s. This can be done by making a deposit to secure your order.

4. Then, you may schedule an appointment with a member of Johnnie’s Design Team. We require that you and your Tile Contractor be present at the meeting. This enables us to do a house walk through, get final measurements, and to address any questions.

5. Finally, NO designs created by our staff, can leave Johnnie’s Tile & Marble, until a tile order has been placed.

                      

*In the event that the customer decides not to purchase their tile from Johnnie’s, a charge of $75.00 per hour, including travel time, will be billed to the customer.
